JH said " An earthquake is when the ground starts shaking really really fast and everything
falls down, and things break".
This morning along with the rest of our school and New Zealand, we took part in the
Big Shake Out. We all talked about what to do if an earthquake happened while we were at
school. We know what to do because we practise often. We need to -
- Drop
- Cover
- Hold
JC said "Cover yourself, be a turtle".

Wow! We are sorry we missed this important earthquake drill while we were on our family vacation in Canada! VC is looking forward to getting lots of guidance from her great friends in Room 10 for the next drill! Love the Clark Family
